I used to work in the retra group. Service has fallen a long way. Called to enquire about the status of a delivery as I had no contact since purchasing it and was told a couple of days. The staff were rude and obnoxious. I have been left with more questions than I had before and feel as tho I have been robbed of a couple of k. Its been three weeks still nothing... I have mostly furnished the house since with Amazon way better service from an online company.
Going the extra yard. Delivered in 3 days of lacing order. Ardrossan? No problems, and there wasn't.
