Aldi is great. I am glad we have an aldi store close by so i do not have to go to adelaide as much now.
Replying to Helens one star review... Remember, Youre expected to use your trolley or move to the long bench behind the registers to pack your bag/s, this way the staff can serve more customers. This is common practice at Aldi stores world wide. If you want someone to pack all your items into bags, you may want to consider going to Coles or Woolworths, where this is standard practice. If the staff member was so rude as you claim, why not bring it to the attention of a store supervisor or manger rather than writing a 1 star review. Disclaimer: I do NOT work at or for Aldi.
